One of the villa's most notable features is the expansive outdoor pool, surrounded by generous terraces that provide a haven for relaxation and entertainment. The interior was crafted with premium natural materials, including the enduring Travertine in the living room. Incorporating the latest technologies and innovative solutions, we ensured that every aspect of this project upheld the highest standards of quality and practicality.

As the official representatives of the globally acclaimed Biologique Recherche brand, we align with their natural, eco-friendly ethos. In our project, we've minimized the use of artificial materials. Decorative plaster with stone chips adorns walls, ceilings, and floors, while natural stone graces countertops and the reception area. Glass and metal seamlessly blend in our furniture elements.

A Three-Level Penthouse
In creating this three-level apartment, we undertook a captivating challenge: to accommodate all the customer's desires. The first floor features a living, dining, and kitchen area, adorned with natural stone imitation tiles, natural marble, and premium furnishings. The central focal point is a striking fireplace area featuring an exquisite onyx panel. An abundance of mirrors infuses the space with an airy and unique ambiance. Catering to the customer's love for wine, we installed a large wine cabinet that can house an extensive collection. The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and guest rooms, providing an opulent retreat for relaxation. The third floor houses a cinema with professional audio and video systems, complete with three levels of lounge sofas for memorable family or friend movie nights. Additionally, a karaoke area with a performance stage and seating awaits. Special attention was given to acoustic solutions, incorporating acoustic materials on the walls, ceilings, and floors. This three-level masterpiece seamlessly unites luxury and entertainment for the ultimate living experience.
